Do all products ship in 5–10 days?
No. Only fast-lane eligible products going to eligible cities. We show the badge only when both qualify — we don't overpromise.
Which cities are eligible right now?
Dakar and Abidjan are our Tier 1 launch markets. Pilot cities (Nouakchott, Conakry, Bamako, Ouagadougou) show a 7–14 day estimate until test orders prove reliability.
What if my city isn't eligible?
You'll see: this destination requires manual logistics approval. Our support team confirms the delivery estimate before final processing.
